A Vitamin B complex capsule contains a substantial dose of B vitamins. The combination of folic acid, B2, B3, B5, and B6 helps combat fatigue and has a beneficial effect on reducing physical fatigue. The combination of B6, B12, and folic acid supports the body’s defenses and ensures the normal functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients:Vitamins, potato starch (filler), gelatin (thickening agent - capsule shell), bioflavonoid complex (60%), Urtica dioica herba (natural filler), Ginkgo biloba extract (24%/6%), magnesium stearate (vegetable - anti-caking agent), sunflower oil (anti-caking agent).

Recommended daily use:Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with plenty of water. Preferably half an hour before a meal. During periods of stress, the dosage may be increased to 4 capsules per day.
