Use

Start with the largest inner diameter, 5.1 cm. A ring that's too tight shows up quickly as swelling or a cold feeling; if that happens, remove it right away and try a larger size next time. Only once a size sits comfortably loose should you consider a smaller diameter for more pressure.
Can I combine this with a vibrating ring or another toy?
The three rings in this set aren't vibrating on their own; you can wear them alone or combine them with another toy, as long as you keep an eye on the total pressure on the penis and/or scrotum. If you're unsure, build up experience with one ring at a time first.
