Eventually a gummy substance will be developed which can be used as opium.

Warnings about Wild lettuce
The dosage of wild lettuce must be carefully handled. Tests with small test animals have shown that even a moderate overdose can be toxic, so be advised!!
Not suitable for people under 18. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
