Benefits
- Ease of use: You don’t have to do a thing! Place the pot in a suitable spot (not in direct sunlight) and let the magic work its magic.
- Growth tips: Let the jars sit for up to 3 months for an optimal yield of 100 grams of truffles.
- Variable yield: Depending on conditions, the yield can vary between 60 and 100 grams.
- Temperature requirements: Ensure the temperature remains between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius. Growth stops below 18 degrees, and the culture can be damaged above 30 degrees.
- Light storage: Keep the pot out of direct sunlight to protect the truffles from damage and drying out.
Harvesting and Shelf Life of the Magic Truffle Grow Kit
- Harvesting: Carefully remove the truffles from the pot and wash them thoroughly until they are completely clean.
- Serving suggestion: Enjoy them as soon as you’ve harvested them and make a celebration of it!
- Storage: Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Shelf Life: If you don’t plan to consume them immediately, store them in an airtight container. This way, they will keep for 2 to 3 months. Without an airtight container, they will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
- Tip: If you don’t eat the truffles right away, you can grind and dry them for a longer shelf life.
