Flamez Mini Filter Tips
Filter tips, sometimes called roaches, act as a firm mouthpiece at the end of a hand-rolled joint: they stop loose bits of herb ending up in your mouth and help the joint hold its shape while you smoke it. Traditionally you'd tear a strip off a piece of card and roll it into a filter yourself, which takes a bit of time and doesn't always come out neat.
These Flamez tips are already pre-cut in the smaller 40x20 mm size and ready to use straight away. Being mini-sized, they're not oversized relative to an average joint, and there's nothing to tear off or trim: you simply fold the tip into a small coil and roll your paper around it.
How to use
Fold the tip into a small coil (accordion or staircase fold) and place it at the end of your rolling paper before filling and rolling the rest of the joint. That gives one end a firm, reusable mouthpiece.
Storage
Store the tips flat and dry, for example back in their little booklet, so they don't crease and stay easy to fold when you need one. A damp or creased tip is harder to fold and draws less evenly.
The mini size is especially handy if you'd rather not use an oversized filter card in a smaller joint, or if you just don't want to tear a piece off a larger card every time. Alongside these Flamez mini filter tips, Dutch-Smart also stocks rolling papers and other filter tips in various sizes.
