Hand-carved wood and stone pipe
This 15.5 cm pipe combines two materials: an ebony wood shaft, polished to a smooth, dark finish, and a light-coloured natural stone bowl with a finely carved floral pattern on the outside. The shaft itself carries a matching hand-carved pattern, so the bowl and stem visually tie together. Because each piece is finished by hand individually, the grain of the wood and the exact markings of the stone vary slightly between pieces, which is part of the handcrafted character of this model.
Use and care
Fill the bowl with a small amount and pack it lightly so the draw stays smooth. Empty the bowl after use and run a pipe cleaner through the channel regularly to stop residue building up, keeping the draw light and the flavour clear. Let the pipe dry fully after cleaning before you use or store it again, since moisture can eventually discolour or crack the wood. Store the pipe dry, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children, ideally in a pouch or case so the carving does not get damaged.
