Dosage and use

Take 1 to 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal and some water. A dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle, and is not intended to.

Storage

Store the jar in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children and away from direct sunlight. Close the jar properly after use to keep the capsules dry.
