Use no more than 20 mg at a time. At more than 5% total alkaloids, 20 mg contains at least 1 mg of alkaloids, of which roughly 0.7 mg is mesembrine. You can only weigh amounts this small accurately with a scale that reads to 0.001 gram. Start lower if you are new to this extract.
