OB-3000 Bench Scale - 3000 x 0.1 g

OB-3000 Table Top Scale - 3000 x 0.1 grams

On Balance has been making digital precision scales for small-scale weighing for years, from herbs and supplements to jewellery and small parts. The OB-3000 is the larger model in that range: a tabletop scale with a weighing range up to 3000 grams and a readout accuracy of 0.1 grams, suited to bigger quantities than a pocket scale while still precise enough for finer work.

The weighing plate is made of stainless steel and measures 200 x 154 x 27 mm. The display is blue backlit, so the figures stay easy to read even in poor lighting. A built-in tare function zeroes out the weight of a bowl or bag first, so only the contents are weighed. After 60 seconds of inactivity, the scale switches off automatically to save the batteries.

Usage and maintenance

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface before weighing. Let the display settle at zero after switching on, and use the tare function for an empty bowl or bag. Keep the plate clean and dry, and avoid overloading it beyond 3000 grams, as this can damage the sensor.
