Tuff-100 vandal-proof scale - On Balance
The Tuff-100 from On Balance's Tuff-Weigh series is a compact pocket scale with a thick rubber housing in orange and black. That housing protects the weighing platform from drops or knocks during transport, which makes the scale easy to carry in a bag or jacket pocket. The weighing range goes up to 100 grams with an accuracy of 0.01 grams, which is enough for weighing herbs, supplements or other small quantities.
Usage
Place the scale on a flat, stable surface before weighing; an uneven surface gives an inaccurate reading. Use the magic truffle calculator to work out a dosage guideline, then weigh that amount precisely.
Maintenance
Keep the weighing platform clean and dry; residue from moist substances can affect the reading. Store the scale in its rubber housing, including during storage, so the weighing platform stays protected from dust and scratches.
