Hemp Heroes - the cannabis board game
Hemp Heroes follows the setup of a classic property-trading board game: players take turns moving around the board and can buy an unclaimed cannabis strain on the space they land on. Owning every strain of the same colour (the same company) puts a player in a stronger position. A coffeeshop space lets you sell off stock for grams, the in-game currency used to buy new strains.
The game builds tension through "Smurf" cards: police-themed cards that can force a player to hand over part of their stock. Negotiating and trading with other players is central too, for instance to get hold of that one missing strain needed to complete a colour set. Cannabis Cups are won by being the only player who owns a strain another player needs, letting you set your own price. The last player left with a cannabis stock wins the game.
How to play
Move your token around the board using the dice, buy unclaimed cannabis strains on the spaces you land on, and sell surplus stock at the coffeeshop for grams. Negotiate and trade with other players to complete colour sets, and watch out for Smurf cards that can shrink your stock.
