Capsule machine size "0" 50 - capsules

Capsule machine size 0 for 50 capsules

This capsule machine lets you fill 50 empty capsules in one go. That's much faster and neater than filling each capsule by hand. The machine is made for size 0 capsules, one of the most commonly used sizes. A size 0 capsule holds about 0.68 ml. How many milligrams fit depends on how fine and how dense your powder is.

• Tamper

• Spreader card

How to fill your capsules

1. Separate the capsules and place the long bottom halves in the holes of the base plate. Put the short top halves in the top plate.

2. Sprinkle your powder over the base plate and spread it across all the holes with the spreader card.

3. Press the powder down with the tamper and top up where needed, until all capsules are equally full.

4. Place the top plate on, press the capsules closed and remove them.

Tips

Work with dry, finely ground powder, as damp powder clumps and sticks. Want to know exactly how much is in each capsule? Weigh your powder beforehand with an accurate scale from our scales category. Divide the total by 50 and you know the amount per capsule. Clean the machine after use with a dry cloth or brush.

Capsules and other sizes

Empty capsules are sold separately, such as gelatin capsules size 0 (100 pieces). Want to fill fewer at a time? The size 0 capsule machine for 24 capsules is smaller. Using larger or smaller capsules? Choose the 50-capsule machine in size 00 or size 1. You'll find everything together under empty capsules.
